APK files are for Android-based devices. Check your device’s Android version before installing. Fire TV support depends on the model and its operating system; confirm your device with support. For iPhone, iPad and Apple TV, choose Smarters Player Lite and install it directly from Apple’s App Store. APK files do not install on Apple devices, Roku, or Samsung/LG TVs without Android.

Choose your device above. Android users can download an APK here; Apple users should select View on App Store. On an Android-based TV, use a compatible browser or transfer the APK from your phone or computer with your device’s supported file-transfer method.
Install on your device
On Apple devices, install Smarters Player Lite from the App Store. On Android, open the downloaded APK with your device’s file manager or installer. For Android APK installation, if prompted, allow that specific browser or file manager to install apps. Menu names vary by device. Keep security scanning enabled and review any warnings before continuing.
Add your service login
Open the app and enter the server URL, username and password from your activation instructions. Downloading a player does not activate or renew a subscription.
Start watching
Let the app load your service’s lineup. If you cannot sign in or install the app, include the app name, version and device model in a support ticket.
Apple: install Smarters Player Lite on iPhone, iPad or Apple TV
On iPhone or iPad, open the App Store link below and install Smarters Player Lite by WHMCS SMARTERS. On Apple TV, open its App Store and search for the same app and developer. Apple handles installation and updates; an APK is not needed.
After installation, open the player and use the service login option provided in your XtremeStreams activation instructions. Enter your streaming service details; your App Store account and customer portal login are separate. Check Apple’s listing for current device requirements and any optional player purchases.

Open IPTV Smarters Pro and choose the login option that matches your activation instructions, such as Xtream Codes. Enter a profile name of your choice and the exact username, password and server URL supplied for your service. Confirm your subscription is active if the login is rejected.
TiViMate: playlist setup
Open TiViMate on your TV, choose Add playlist and select the playlist type provided with your activation instructions, such as Xtream Codes. Enter your service details and follow the on-screen setup. TiViMate is designed for TVs and remote controls. Optional premium player features are separate from your XtremeStreams subscription.

For Apple devices, update the player through the App Store. For Android, download the version shown on this page and open it to install the update. Back up your player settings if the app supports it. If Android reports a signature conflict or blocks the update, contact support before uninstalling; removing an app can erase saved settings.
Where are my activation details?
Check your activation message and service information in the customer portal. If you cannot find your player credentials, open a support ticket from your account. Never share your password in a public message.
